You may want to check with the Juizhou Port in Zhuhai. I heard some one seen him leaving for Hong Kong. He pulled some scams in Zhuhai too. I know who he is. But I think you might be too late

No doubt for sure this guy is an extremely fat low life scammer that prays on the vulnerable new expat arrivals in Shanghai, but…… there is one important lesson to be learned from this, ONLY rent and sign for apartments at legitimate estate agencies where you can see their license on the wall and have your contracted formally chopped or stamped…. When I met him first I could see through his BS**t in less than 30mins! Maybe I’m less trusting of people than everybody else but in fairness his BS**T was bad and hindsight is a great thing! This site is probably out of date by now and long forgotten, but I was a buddy of Ryan’s when he was in Harbin, and then when I moved to Shenzhen he moved there for a while too. I don’t know if this helps but he is from Thunder bay Ontario. People looking for him (if he’s still not had all this resolved…) might be able to locate family there and find him that way…

I went to high school in Thunder Bay Ontario with Ryan. Haven’t seen him in over 20 yrs, but he obviously hasn’t changed much. He was a scammer back then and has continued with scamming people I see. What a disgusting excuse for a human. I am embarrassed for my home town. Please remember that most Canadians are great people and he should go to jail for the scams and pain he caused anyone. He has been like this since I’ve known him. His parents always bail him out and cover for him. They must be so proud of what kind of man they raised. He came from a privileged house that had money. I remember he had a credit card of his parents in high school and used it for everything and all the while his parents paying for his disgusting life. I hope someday he will pay for these crimes he is definitely a GROSS DISGUSTING PERSON who prays on the vulnerable and gets away with it. Unbelievable that he won’t get charged for these crimes in China.
sod took our rent, deposits from our apartment in Xinhua Lu .. buggered us all up, losing around 40,000 between us. Ended up with us all having to get out or pay the real landlord a fortune.. You treat us as shit Ryan and owe us all big time..we had to leave just on New Years 2011! The sod caused havoc in Lin’s & my life.
Stupid thing was, night before he scarpered he asked me to go to the hospital he was in (Pudong) where he was having scans and possible op, in my ignorance I loaned him another 3000rmb !! Thats over 10,000 just for us alone.

We got evicted exactly on Christmas 2011.
He was subletting us an apartment in Pudong, where he also slept regularly.
Ryan cashed 3 months of rent from all of us and left without paying to the owner.
When the owner came with the police he was astonished by the number of people living there.
Luckily we had a Chinese roommate that negotiated with the owner. He didn’t ask for money from us and even gave us the whole day to vacate his house.
So many people were swindled by him, I wonder how he is doing, I have never been violent,but I’d like to see him break an ankle, or both.
He was a racist, cheating fat fuck.
